I'm not sure it is possible to get an automatically updating countdown that relates to forum posts? They are usually self updating things which count down to a date, eg countdown to xmas, baby due date that sort of thing.. I am sure kat will know if there is anything available in SMF but I couldn't find anything external to link.

yeah maybe do a countdown thread for the last 100 or something, that will encourage everyone to check in here and keep posting!
I used to have a thread on my old forum that was count one to one hundred, but there was a catch, you had to post a fact relating to the number (either real or made up) to make the thread interesting, eg, 12, number of beers Cali drank this evening.
